Top Chef contestant Katsuji Tanabe, with restaurateur Anthony Rapillo, will revive his celebrated restaurant in one of the standalone spaces here at Horseshoe. The acclaimed, experience-based restaurant will offer some of the same experiences that contributed to its cult following, while bringing new menu items, an indoor-outdoor cocktail bar overlooking the Horseshoe courtyard, and a private dining room.
